Call for Journal Presentations

ICIP 2017 is pleased to announce a pilot of expanded journal presentation opportunities for recent and in-press IEEE journal articles within the ICIP scope. Examples of the journals being considered include IEEE Signal Processing Letters, IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, IEEE Transactions on Computational Imaging, IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging, IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Multimedia, and IEEE Signal Processing Magazine.

Eligible journal articles must be published in 2016 or 2017, or have been formally accepted by 15 May 2017 and pending publication. Please note that space is limited to accommodate these presentation requests. The organizing committee reserves the right to grant or decline any requests at its sole discretion. Priorities may be given to recent articles that add values to the ICIP technical program yet have not been presented at SPS conferences or broadly known to the ICIP attendees, such as those from the IEEE Signal Processing Letters.

Journal papers presented at ICIP 2017 will be included in the on-site ICIP 2017 proceedings distributed at the conference to attendees; however, as the papers are already published in a journal, the papers will not be included in IEEE Xplore for the conference. Approved requests for presentation must have one author/presenter register for the conference according to the ICIP 2017 registration instructions.

Journal Presentation Request Submission Deadline: May 31, 2017

Submitting a presentation request will require the following information about your paper:
